Ramen

I just came back from Tokyo. I should have been blogging while I was there, but instead, I posted photos on FB. Little comments about each photo but nothing to really explain. Friends are travelling there soon and they ask me where I ate. really.... I have no idea. some don't have english names. and even if they did, i wouldn't know how to give them directions on how to get there. so here is one place in Shinjuku. Delicious ramen. mmmmm :)

I couldn't read the menu, so my friend Yushi helped me out. Yushi is sort of a mix between Yoshi and Sushi. The best of both worlds. Video games AND food.

Fatty pork Ramen. The pork fat forms a layer on top of the soup and insulates it, keeping the soup hot, so that you can enjoy the chicken karaage. also, pork fat tastes delicious =D
